It's interesting to see the evolution of The Fringe. (Capitals required.) What has been your learning curve with it? How fast can you make it obey now versus then?

It's a lot quicker now, straighteners and different hair products have been critical to its evolution

I like to think that I haven't changed that much. ^^' Well, my face is seemingly Chris Addison-esque ageless at least. XD But here's my Tom Baker cosplay across the three years. 2010- 15 year old self 2013 - 18 year old self

I've been cosplaying a lot longer than this photo, lol (like since I was 12) but here is me from 2004 as Jaina Solo from the Star Wars EU Me as Bella Swan from Twilight taken in 2009 And my Clara cosplay from the other day I completed I think I look a wee bit older, but then again, all the parents here at the school still mistake me for a student!

Clara Oswald I don't know if you watch Orphan Black at all but you remind me SO MUCH of Tatiana Maslany! I think my best Then/Now (and definitely the one that's undergone the biggest transformation) is definitely my TATM (I feel like it's all I ever post!). Even the "now" picture I'm using isn't fully up to date: I just bought new shoes! The original, "What if I did this as a cosplay?" photo from April, Philly ComicCon in June, and DragonCon at the beginning of the month!

I've been doing this since I was little, but unfortunately I have no photos from that era The earliest one I have is from when I was 19 and made this Jedi costume to match my boyfriend's (now my husband). In the same vein of costuming, my Jedi now (Master Ei-Mi Pond ) The saber and belt are my husband's, he's had them since 2000, so before he met me. When I first met him in 2002, he was wearing them and we've been together ever since I made this little timeline last year as a tribute to my costuming hobby through the years... It was neat to look back on and see how I've progressed in my tastes and skills. That Marie Antoinette gown from 2011 is still one of my favorites as it's made with all period correct pattern pieces and has period correct under garments as well. I'm most proud of it and need to really break it out again for a photo shoot.
