I shall be there on the 22nd. Hopefully as the Season 18 Fourth Doctor, but if that elusive "?" shirt doesn't rear its head in time, I'll be "Nightmare in Silver" Eleven.

I confess I didn't even try for tickets. There was nothing that really drew me to the event (apart from it being the official BBC one). I'll be up in Birmingham at Memorabilia instead Should be at LFCC as well.

Ah, I did forget about Memorabilia. Might be cool to go up and spend the anniversary afternoon with some fellow Whovians, rather than just stare at the clock.

I am literally SO excited for the fiftieth anniversary celebration!! What do we think the evening activities they keep saying 'will be announced soon' are? I've heard they have a very big announcement on the fiftieth anniversary to make the same day they named 'The Day of the Doctor' I just wanna know what it is already so I can make plans lol. It's really not that far now

Well, it's got to be the live airing of the 50th surely. They'd be fools not to do that. XD

I mean it's an official BBC convention so they would definitely have the rights to play it to everyone there if they wanted to right? ESPECIALLY given the fact there will be so many Doctors there on that day! Would be missing an opportunity not to watch it with them

Kirstin and I have tickets and are cosplaying all weekend. We have tickets for Saturday and Sunday. Our friend purchased family tickets so we could go together (Kirstin and her best friend still qualify as children) so it works out a good deal for us. I am most grateful she did that otherwise we would have missed out as i couldn't get through to order tickets at all so I know how hard it was to get them. I hope to see a lot of cosplay friends and have fun, it should be more sociable than busy for us as we have most autos and photos from cast already. If anything I shall be fangirling any crew I can find rather than the actors and actresses. Got a real sweet costume planned for this convention.
