Thought it would be good to discuss what people rate as there favourite Season or/and Series of Doctor Who. My favourite Season is Season 26 while my favourite Series is probably Series 6.  |

Classic - Very tough choice between Seasons 13, 14, 18 and 21 for me. Such brilliant stories... but I think I'd have to go with 14. Two fantastic companions, with Tom Baker at his best, while Hinchcliffe is at the height of his powers. Talons of Weng-Chieng - one of the greatest stories EVER!  New - Very tough between Series 4 and 7. Can't call it. I guess I've just found the third/last full series of the New Doctors to be their best for some reason. XD I guess I love Series 7 because of the lighter arc and more classic-style Doctor Who stories, while Series 4 is probably the best of Ten... Nah, can't call it. Gonna leave it at 4 and 7. |

Yes Series 7b does seem like more classic Who. I do love Matt Smiths outfit in Series 7b and I hope to cosplay this come end of November.
But Season 26 I really love as I feel it really is dark and the relationship between Ace and the Doctor is great. I love the way the Doctor is dark and that he is not always a person should could trust straight off. Its a shame we didn't get Season 27 as I feel the stories were getting really good.

I do love Season 26 as well. I've never had an issue with McCoy in 24 and 25, but he really seemed to be outstanding in 26! The BBC should have had more respect for it. We could have easily entered a new great era of Who, but I guess it wasn't to be. But at least we got Paul, Chris, David and Matt out of it. |
