I can now add cake baker/decorator to things I can do I made this cake and the solid chocolate TARDIS on top (for my birthday party). It was red velvet with a chocolate mousse filling and covered in fondant. The tiny Amy is the only non-edible thing on the cake, she was a figure given to me by a friend. I made sure to dress up for the occasion in my ATCM Pineapple dress <3 There was also a Han Solo in carbonite brownie that was coated in an edible lustre dust to look like metal and nerdy little chocolate treats (Daleks and Star Wars shapes). This cake was also filmed and photographed by the BBC yesterday at The Way Station for an upcoming special to celebrate the 50th anniversary I hope it makes it on air. They got the entire bar to sing "Happy Birthday" to me on camera *blush* I made sure they got a slice to enjoy as well EDIT: It made it! All my friends singing to me did too! www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-25006466Overall, this is the best birthday I've had yet. I had my friends there, it was my favorite bar, my cake did not turn into a "Cake Wreck" as I feared, and everyone had a great time. I also got carded by the new bar tender which totally made my night (seeing as I'm now 31!).
