Well mine has got to be The Curse of Fenric from Season 26. We see the Doctor here very dark and I love the world war 2 setting. I love it when Fenric has taken over Dr Judsons body. Great supporting appearance by Nicholas Parsons. This story also shows a lot of development in Aces character. One of the big moments from this story is when the Doctor has to make Ace lose faith in him. But he does this more cruel than Eleven did in The God Complex to Amy.
''its like some kind of a game but only you know the rules''. Sums up the Seventh Doctor.
This story is dark, historical. To me is the cream of the crop of all Seventh Doctor stories. I love the scene where Ace is with the Doctor just before she jumps into the water. That scene was actually shown at the Doctor Who proms this year.
10/10

The Time Meddler for Classic Who: Hartnell at the height of his power, the first look at another member of the Doctor's race who even has his own TARDIS. Excellent premise, great supporting cast, and a fun story.
For new Who... The Girl In The Fireplace and The Sarah Jane Adventures: Death Of The Doctor. TGITF is superb, beautiful and epic - and SJA: DOTD is a small look at what I'd been hoping to see since the glorious Matt Smith arrived - Sarah meeting him; also it had Jo, and a shedload of old clips!

That's always a tough question!
It's akin to choosing your favourite child. As I have no children however I have made a choice, well sort of...
Classic Who, it's a toss up between The Curse of Fenric and Caves of Androzani. I also love The Two Doctors, plus there is Revelation of the Daleks that's really good... Ah looks like I'm failing at making a choice doesn't it? Plus any episode with Peri in has to be watched!
New Who, Blink, no actually Girl in the Fireplace. Yes Girl in the Fireplace, then again Empty Child/Doctor Dances and Family of Blood/Human Nature are really good, plus Waters of Mars... This is why I'm not allowed to make decisions!

For finale story, I would go for the Stolen Earth/Journey's End, which just seemed to be the best all-rounder when it comes to grading finales for me, but for normal episodes, it would be a very big clash between The Unicorn and the Wasp, The Waters of Mars, The Eleventh Hour and the Bells of Saint John. I CANNA MAKE A DECISION! D=

Ooof that is a tough question.
I'm a huge fan of "Family of Blood"/"Human Nature", all of the Moffat-written stories from the RTD-era, "Dalek", "The Doctor's Wife", "Waters of Mars", and "Utopia"/"Sound of Drums"/"Last of the Time Lords". "Neverland" and "Zagreus" are truly amazing Big Finish audiodramas featuring the Eighth Doctor as well. I'm still making my way through Classic Who, so I can't adequately pick Classic episode/s yet.

from memories of watching original transmission I'd say favorite would be Logopolis, five doctors or Remembrance of the Daleks.
With the benefit of Betamax (yeah, i know, retro right?) five doctors or Robots of death. or VHS? that would be Caves of Androzani.
for post 2005? I think the single episode format can be so restrictive of character and plot development, however i think Dalek is superbly paced. i strongly believe that without it there wouldn't have been any further series.

That is hard to choose. From the classic series I liked Full Circle, and from the new series I like Blink and the Van Gogh episodes. And Turn Left.
