Librari-Con is an annual anime mini convention featuring anime viewing, panels and forums, Artist Alley, Chibi Corner, Manga Lounge, Cosplay Runway, and more.
I went last year and really enjoyed it! It's free, and there are a lot a Whovians that attend. If you live in the South, it's really worth the drive to come for the day!
