So I'm auditioning for this thing and it's the first time I've had to a monologue, what are some good 1 to 2 minute ones to do and also, when you do the monologue do you just act with your face/ voice or do you move around? Like I said it's my first time, I could use help, thanks.

What exactly are you auditioning for, just to get a better idea of what to advise? For example, if you are doing a video (YouTube style) which will only see you in one place you probably want to do mainly vocal and face. If it's to appear in front of a crowd you may want to move around more so people can see the performance.
Also are you looking for a particular character monologue? From a Doctor POV, Matt has 'Hello Stonehenge' and his Regeneration speech. David had a lot of 'I'm the Doctor, I'm from...' speeches that were used in the promos a lot.

Matt also has the Rings of Akhaten speech, which is personally one of my favorite monologues in the show. I actually have an entire file of monologues, and if you message me, I could send it to you. It's comprised mostly of Doctor Who, Les Miserables, and I think there's one Sherlock one thrown in there.

There are few great monologues from Lord of the Rings, too. I would do a Google search for monologues, that is what I have done in the past when doing auditions. There are some great sites that have full of excellent ideas you can use.

It's a drama club thing and it's live, I'll be on stage, I think.

I don't have any personal experience in this area so I'm probably not the best person to give advice, but if it's any help I kind of think that it might be a good idea to decide how/if to move around based on the monologue that you choose. It really seems that whatever you do, it should serve your acting. Like you shouldn't start pacing the stage just for the sake of showing that you're not shy to it. And even if you pick something that's, for instance, an iconic speech from Doctor Who or something, it'll never be Matt Smith playing his Doctor, it'll be *your* version of Matt Smith's Doctor. I think that what feels right to you should trump trying to imitate someone else to a T, 'cause ultimately what you're doing is showing off your skills and what you might bring to a role.
As for picking a monologue, (again, no personal experience so take anything I say with a grain of salt), but I think that it'd be a good idea to pick something that you feel like it could almost be your own words, if you can find it. Or else maybe something that you think is just a really fun bit of dialogue or a passage from a book that you think would be fun to act out. Even if it's not strictly a monologue, I know of people who've adapted passages into monologues for auditions (for instance the "boob honking" scene from John Green's book Looking For Alaska, if you know what that is or want to look it up) (and they did get the part from their audition of that). And if you need help with something like that, I know that there are some writers in this forum (myself included), and I'm sure you could find someone to help you adapt something into a monologue if that's how you choose to go.
Also something to ask people with actual experience now that I think of it (and a bit late as well silly me), is (if you're auditioning for a certain part or character type) how important it is to try to match your monologue and the energy of that to the part you're auditioning for, because that would probably influence what you wanna pick.
Hope this was helpful, but if anyone wants to contradict any of this, please do. And good luck, whatever you do!

Update: the monologue is supposed to be from any published play.
