Hello, I'm Dale and I'm a Doctorholic. I tend to stick to Four's Doctor, because... er... I like it... and I live with the robot dog and the big blue box in my lounge. I've been at this malarkey for years, and I'm always tweaking the costumes to make them a little more... authentic. And mostly failing at the same.

Hi hi! This forum looks so great! My name is Maria, but almost everyone I know call me Nullien. I'm from Spain (so I'm sorry (I'm so so sorry) if I make sometimes some spelling mistakes ), from the lovely city of Santiago de Compostela. I'm a whovian (one of those newwhovians thanks to the new series ). The last 3-4 years I've been completely addicted to Doctor Who universe (I started with Torchwood though! I think maybe that's why I'm so excited to see Capaldi as a Doctor ). Nowadays I'm watching the 4th Doctor (he's awesome, and Sarah Jane rocks!). My first DW cosplay was a quite simple Dalek dress. So much fun going around exterminating everything at the con! haha. Apart from that, I'm one of the multiple Oswin/Asylum cosplayers that you can see around. I fell in love with the Clara character and all her outfits, so I decided to do as many as I can. I'm now working on a few costumes non DW related for a big con in my country (I cosplay as much as I can, and so diverse fandoms ), but when the con is over I'll totally start with the Clara outfit from Cold War. They got me with that russian jacket Soooo! tl;dr: I'm so happy to be here, and Clara ftw!

Hi everyone!
My name's Faith. I'm originally from New Jersey, but I'm attending college in Boston. I've been cosplaying for about 7 years now, but only cosplaying Doctor Who about a year. For the year I've been here, though, I've done quite a bit.
I started out as a Rose cosplayer, considering she's my favorite New-Who companion, and I practically had Stolen Earth/Journey's End in my closet! However, after about 12 people told me the week after Bells of St. John aired that I looked like Jenna-Louise Coleman, I decided to turn my focus to Clara.
Though I still do Rose (can't help it), I've basically got Clara's complete SA wardrobe, sans minor outfits (which is really why I'm a poor college student) and really just enjoy when people recognize what I'm doing.
I need to get more photos of my other costumes up on my page, but...that's about all I've got to say!
It's just quite exciting, being called a look-alike. I'd like to do more of that in the future. I've been told I'd do well as one. :3
Aaaaaand. That's it. It's lovely to meet you all!

Welcome Faith! I've seen some of your cosplay before! You do make a great Clara! I'm so glad we have more Clara's here now!!! I was feeling a wee bit lonely when we started, lol. Love your cosplay pics! That is an impressive collection. I'm trying to hunt down a RoA dress and the NiS skirt myself. So hard when you are on a teacher's budget!
I'd love to see how you do the JTTCT hair some time. I have my own way of doing it, but I'd like to see other versions!
Welcome once again!!!

Aw, thank you so much! Yeah, it's good to have the company. We've all got to stick together on this. RoA was one the...third, I think, that I got. Fourth, if you include the 50th dress. I got that first, then Bells, then Hide, then Rings. Nightmare in Silver was a ton of luck, to be honest. It was over $300 when I got it, which was...lucky. DX Yeah, I'll do a post on it! Besides the Christmas Special, it's my most recent.
